I Picked Up a Female Insect Boyfriend [GB]

Female Zerg general Liboan arrived in the human world covered in wounds, where a woman named Li Jing found him and took him home to treat him. Li Jing is a veterinarian who enjoys making specimens. Her family has a little money, and when she found the dying giant insect, she thought she’d discovered a new species. Before long, though, she had no choice but to start looking after him. The female Zerg is strong, handsome, and perfectly built: an ideal man. But he has an extremely backward view of marriage and is rather insecure, constantly mumbling about his “male master.” She has to start giving him lessons in how to think. Who could have guessed? Li Jing actually fell for this alien insect. He may be gorgeous, but he’s still an insect. Li Jing hesitated, but not for long. A perfect partner dropped into her lap. Only an idiot would say no. Just as Li Jing had finally raised her female Zerg to be cheerful and confident, she suddenly transmigrated to that sick, twisted Zerg world. In the blink of an eye, she saw the female Zerg who had always been so gentle and obedient around her kick a gigantic space beast to death. “Uh, hi!” The bloodied female Zerg came over and cautiously tugged at her clothes. “I think… I fell in love with you at first sight.” Li Jing immediately remembered the brutal Zerg society Liboan had told her about, and the reason he’d transmigrated… I’m doomed! At the thought of her adorable (?) insect lover dying a horrible death, Li Jing felt her blood pressure shoot up. “…Liboan, do you think the love between two people can change the whole world?” [Original worldbuilding. Most Zerg setting conventions have been changed. Strictly speaking, this is an interstellar romance, not a Zerg story. The setting is fictional and has nothing to do with reality. Please don’t map it onto real life. The story criticizes and opposes unreasonable social structures and outdated customs!] [Both female and male Zerg have bodies adapted to look like human men; this is part of the worldbuilding. This is indeed a romance!] Theme: When absurdity reigns, love can save us.
