Sign a Contract with 496 and Become the Dawn That Saves the World [Quick Transmigration]

The Astral Express never chose the "eternal land" of Amphoreus, instead traveling to the ocean planet Lushaka. Amphoreus never saw the "dawn," and the one who bore the world continued his lonely trek along a bitter road.

Much later, a member of the Genius Society would fall into this world, becoming the final ashen dawn in Amphoreus's prophecy, and the universe's ashen end.

A strange creature calling itself "System No. 496" found Caeruslan, the Prisoner of the Flaming Heart, in the core area of the Scepter and revealed his cruel future to him.

"But if you sign a contract with me and become my Host...

...you can turn everything around."

No more grieving among the people. No more separation of flesh and blood. No more fading stars...

For his homeland, Amphoreus; for Herta, who fell while trying to save it; and for the universe beyond the stars, whose people he had never met, Caeruslan seized this glimmer of hope.

And so he set out once more, crossing time and writing a transformation from prisoner to legend in worlds utterly unlike his own...

[Before You Read]

1. Bai E (Caeruslan) is beloved by everyone. Several male and female characters will have unrequited feelings for him, but he will always walk his path alone. No CP. Please don't read if you mind.

2. Other than the section before the quick transmigration begins, which explains what Bai E did and Amphoreus's eventual fate, there will be no livestreams or comments, and no other Honkai: Star Rail characters will appear.

3. This story is based on the Black Tomb if timeline, the worldline where Herta became the head of the Iron Tomb. Amphoreus has nothing to do with the Trailblaze, so Demiurge has been written out. This story only features the demigod of time, Little Xilian. The author considers Demiurge and Xilian to be the same person, so please don't read if you dislike that. After the System intervenes, Herta will not fall, and Amphoreus will ascend in a "furry form" with animal ears, tails, and beast forms.

4. This is part of the same series as "[Quick Transmigration/Genshin Impact] The Nth World of Liyue's Vinegar Jar." They share a setting, and some worlds continue in later works. Thanks to Zhongli's efforts, the System's organization is no longer a shoestring operation. In this book, the series protagonist Zhongli will become Bai E's teacher, making Little Bai the beloved junior apprentice of Liyue's adepti. Please don't read if you mind.

5. I'm a devoted fan of Zhongli and Bai E, so my writing will certainly favor the Lord of Geo and Bai E. My writing ability is average, and occasional out-of-character moments are normal. Please don't read if you mind.

6. I particularly dislike Honkai: Star Rail 3.7 and the roast chicken. If you love and are completely satisfied with either of these, this story probably isn't for you. The author is also sensitive, and some of my opinions may not match the readers'. If you discover that you disagree with my views, I strongly recommend leaving as soon as possible, because I will incorporate my opinions into the story. If you disagree with some of my views, you definitely won't like some of the plotlines ^_^

7. Bai E will offer his heart to every world in need of help, and each world will return his love. From then on, the only place he can look back to will no longer be his homeland, but countless worlds like sparks. So the story will not have Bai E return to the Honkai: Star Rail world later. Instead, he will ascend directly into a higher-dimensional being. Please don't read if you mind.

8. This story contains a mountain of original ideas. Please don't mistake them for official lore.
