In a single day, Fang Nian loses her entire family, in the literal sense. From then on, she is an orphan, and all she dreams of is being able to stay alive.
After finally getting into school and enjoying a brief period of peace, she finds that the heavens seem determined to work against her. Mutant beasts attack, and her home is destroyed.
Fang Nian survives through sheer stubbornness, but is forced to drift through space for three years. When she opens her eyes, she finds herself lying in a treatment pod.
Fang Nian: ...So I'm still alive.
Not a strong female lead story. There is a CP, the leads meet properly fairly late, and the male lead is younger.
Theme: Love of life
