This is a rough draft of the blurb. I'll polish it later, but this is the basic idea.
The blurb leans more toward the top's perspective, but the story itself is mainly from the bottom's.

Xie Qingrang and Jiang Xiu spent their whole lives as bitter rivals in the business world. In the end, they both met their deaths at sea. When Xie Qingrang opened his eyes again, he discovered he had been reborn, and his nemesis was only seventeen!
So he transferred to Jiang Xiu's school overnight, intent on taking him down early. He couldn't wait another minute. He had to get his revenge right away.
But when he got there, he found that seventeen-year-old Jiang Xiu was dressed in shabby clothes and frighteningly thin, nothing like the meticulous elite he remembered. Only that beautiful, cool, stubborn face remained. Even this poor, he still looked like a haughty little peacock.
Xie Qingrang: "..."
Xie Qingrang: This just got more interesting.
He'd never seen Jiang Xiu this poor before. All the more reason to bully him properly.
Then he went to buy Jiang Xiu some food. He should eat his fill before getting bullied, right? Otherwise, it'd make Xie Qingrang look like a terrible person.
When he saw Jiang Xiu getting beaten up by older students, he had to help him before bullying him, right? What if he got seriously hurt, and then tried to pin the blame on Xie Qingrang?
When he saw Jiang Xiu being abused by his own father, he had to deal with that old bastard before bullying him, right? What gave anyone else the right to bully his nemesis?!
When Jiang Xiu was getting beaten, Xie Qingrang reached out to catch him, and Jiang Xiu accidentally fell against his chest. Xie Qingrang was momentarily dazed. Why did he smell so good?
He'd always smelled that way before, too, as if he'd put on perfume every time they met.
He was definitely using that weird scent to distract Xie Qingrang and make him lose the bidding. How sinister of Jiang Xiu. He wouldn't fall for it.

Jiang Xiu thought the boy who'd transferred in was strange. He often followed him around, saying weird things. He seemed to be targeting Jiang Xiu, yet beat up anyone who bullied him.
Jiang Xiu hesitated for a while, then finally went to thank Xie Qingrang.
But Xie Qingrang just looked at him coolly. "You wouldn't understand."
He'd meant to bully Jiang Xiu, after all. It was Jiang Xiu's fault for smelling so good.
Jiang Xiu looked at Xie Qingrang in confusion.
Xie Qingrang held it in for a long time before finally saying, "Baby, you smell so good. Can I come a little closer and take a sniff?"
Jiang Xiu: ???
I love you, moon hanging high in the sky. Whether you shine on me or not doesn't matter. (I'm pretending. It matters more than anything.)
The top calls him his nemesis, but means his wife. He's stubbornly in denial, but hopelessly devoted, and has had a crush on him for ages.
Friend: How did you end up marrying your nemesis?
Xie Qingrang instantly gets defensive: What would you know?! I'm doing it to get revenge on him, to humiliate him. I have to keep him on my turf so I can humiliate him whenever I want.
Friend: ...I don't understand, and I don't want to. Whatever, you do things at your own pace.
The top on the outside: I understand all that, but he smells so good. He's always trying to seduce me.
The top on the inside: Is loving my wife embarrassing? I want to be his dog.
Beautiful, cool little peacock bottom x shameless, flirty, stubbornly-in-denial, devoted top
P.S. Both are reborn, but the bottom won't recover his memories until later.
