Seeking advance interest
In her previous life, she only learned after her death that her parents were the hero and heroine of a wife-chasing crematorium story, and that she herself was the heroine of a death-literature novel.
Her father, Huo Yanxiu, was a domineering CEO, blind to the truth and heartless, who doted endlessly on his first love and her daughter. Her mother was a resilient heroine, abused until she was nearly broken, yet still loving the male lead with all her heart.
A wife-chasing crematorium story naturally needed a sacrifice.
And Xu Tang was born to be the most fitting sacrifice of all: the perfect foil to Lu Jiaxin, the daughter of her father's first love. She was made to endure every shameless cruelty, beaten and forced to kneel as if it were a part of daily life. Her fingers were to be cut off, and in the end, her heart cut out after a car accident and given to Lu Jiaxin.
Only her death could pave the way for her mother to awaken and escape, make her father regret everything for the rest of his life, and set off the wife-chasing crematorium.
At the same time, she was the heroine of a death-literature novel. After she died, the childhood friend, fiance, and suitors who had refused to believe her and had sided with Lu Jiaxin all regretted it.
How absurd. She was living in a novel, but the malice she suffered from the whole world was real.
Her father wouldn't let her take the Huo surname, or call him Dad in front of outsiders. Whenever he had to choose between her and Lu Jiaxin, she was always the one abandoned. Her parents, her best friend, her childhood friend, her fiance: every one of them would betray her.
She had too many enemies. This time, she knew everyone's weaknesses. Let them all be trapped together. She would kill any god she met, slay any Buddha in her path, and watch them bring about their own destruction.
