Two inexplicable archenemies end up in the same class. One seems cheerful and optimistic, ranked second in the grade, but lives with a troubled family and endless negative emotions, as well as a secret hobby (uke). The other seems cold because he really is cold. His family is held together by patches, he lives under someone else's roof, his parents died young, and he ranks first in the grade (seme).
They get to know, comfort, understand, and save each other. Perhaps their similar experiences bring them together. Perhaps the unspoken understanding they have developed after years of fighting lets them see how the other feels without a word. Or perhaps the events of their childhood left an indelible mark on them, making each the most important person in the other's heart.
