Song of the Summer Cicada

This summer, lend me your ears!

The greatest summer vacation project ever is underway!

Mission objective: Capture the legendary "Cicada King"!

Team members:

Lin Sen: Socially anxious, a shy artist whose skill points are all invested in drawing.

Xia Wan: Bursting with energy, a spirited "wild girl" with MAXed-out initiative.

Gao Qiang: Fists of steel, heart of gold, a proud little "mountain king."

When this impossible trio comes together, their summer is bound to be extraordinary!

But wait, why is this story going in such a different direction?

Weren't they supposed to catch cicadas? How did it turn into rescuing a baby bird that fell from its nest?

Weren't they supposed to be "mortal enemies"? How did they become the perfect partners for repairing an exhibit?

Weren't these supposed to be "scrap metal"? How did they become the coolest "Four Seasons Museum" in the whole school?

This is a story about turning trash into treasure.

The "trash" is the annoying chirping of cicadas, a boring summer vacation, and the misunderstood selves they used to be.

The "treasure" is a one-of-a-kind sound map, an unbreakable friendship, and that shining summer.

Theme: This isn't a story about conquering nature. It's a story about making peace with the world.
