I am a bondservant of Fengyue House, in charge of the sisters who have "gone wrong."
Yun Xiu was the last one sent there.
She was utterly mad, yet clearheaded enough to tell me,
"The ground here is cleaner than the people."
She taught me how to survive, and how to copy her gaze and her gait.
Later, I took her place and became the powerful minister's most obedient pet.
He praised my resemblance to a certain woman. I only smiled and said nothing.
He never knew until the day he died that every scheme I used to strip him of his power had come from the woman he had driven mad with his own hands.
