I Went Back to the Past and Mistook Someone Else for My Husband

[Soft, adorable sweetheart x fierce, rugged man]

Ai Xinling marries a powerful man she's never even met, hoping to get donations for the orphanage. On her wedding day, she inexplicably travels back ten years.

Ten years earlier, after graduating from high school, Ai Xinling is forced to work in a factory, while Chen Sui, the powerful man, is still just a bullied factory worker.

Ai Xinling wants to go to college and get along with the young Chen Sui.

Unfortunately, he's really fierce: quiet and ruthless, like a wolf that can't be tamed.

One day, Ai Xinling accidentally lets slip what their relationship is.

He gets even fiercer, looking at her like he's about to swallow her whole.

Ai Xinling gets scared and meekly tries to leave, but Chen Sui pulls her back into his arms.

His rough stubble rubs against her face, hurting so much she wants to cry.

He doesn't just scratch her. He bites her viciously, making sure she knows how to write Sui, not Sui with a different character.

Oh no, she must have found the wrong person.

Not only the wrong person, but a total psycho!

Chen Sui grows up fighting his way through life, and everything is a mess.

One day, a fair-skinned, tender little girl suddenly appears, wandering around in front of him every day and claiming he's her husband.

Day one: Annoying.

Day two: Annoying.

Day ten: She cries if he so much as touches her, and she's still annoying.

On the nth day, he makes her cry again, and she says she's going to find her real husband.

She says he's some big shot.

Big shot, my ass.

So annoying.

On the TV in the living room, Chen Sui appears as a representative of the S City Chamber of Commerce at a summit. A reporter asks, "Mr. Chen, what inspired you to build a business empire from nothing?"

On the sofa, Chen Sui holds a red-faced Ai Xinling and bites the tip of her ear as he asks, "Who's your husband?"

With trembling hands, Ai Xinling is forced to write Chen Sui on his chest over and over.

Chen Sui bends down to kiss her sweat-damp hair. His voice is husky. "Lingling, you're so good."

His greatest motivation is right there in his arms.

He has to be that big shot, and he has to be her husband.
