Word has it that Master Meng of Lu'an County is spending a fortune in hopes that a certain “master” can resolve the supernatural disturbances in his home.
Xie Junxing, an ancient-era materialist young man, scoffs at the idea. He figures Master Meng must have lost his mind and come down with some kind of fever, hallucinating about things. What ghosts could possibly exist in this world?!
That is, until he sees a seemingly “frail” young man surnamed Shen conjure a talisman, and a ghostly shadow gradually take physical form. Their eyes meet, and Xie Junxing freezes: ...Am I seeing things?
