[This story features my preferred pairing of a beautiful top and a muscular bottom, plus lots of stories within the story. If that's not your thing, please proceed with caution.]
Alik bound himself to an Artist System, originally planning to head to the interstellar era and become a plagiarist.
But he ended up in the wrong place: the interstellar age, among the Zerg.
Becoming an artist in a Zerg world full of battles, mineral deposits, and pheromone compatibility was like a human taking down a grizzly bear with one hand.
But there's a saying: "Might as well, since we're already here."
Besides, the novels he'd read had stories like this too: a male Zerg writes a novel, and it becomes a huge hit across the stars... that sort of thing.
Well, why not start with the novelist branch of the artist profession?
The novels written by the locals, or rather, the local Zerg, were far too explicit. Alik's writing could only be described as restrained.
Luckily, his mind was full of all kinds of unconventional romance from the world he'd come from.
Give the Zerg a taste of the shock of modern web novels!
So after blending in the local "customs," his novels were both restrained and uninhibited. In short, they hinted at things without spelling them out.
Like a feather tickling a Zerg's joints, they left readers hooked and clamoring for updates!
[Novelette One: What Should I Do After Picking Up a Male Zerg?]
[Novelette Two: I'm Number One on the Male Zerg Livestream]
As soon as his first novel was published, it caused an uproar.
And so, in the intervals between female Zerg returning from battle, during the rumbling nights on mining planets, and in the lulls between patrols, a little color entered their lives.
His StarNet author inbox exploded all at once:
[More, please!]
[How could a male Zerg possibly livestream because he's poor? Your premise makes no sense...]
[Why would a male Zerg pay special attention to a female Zerg and even carry him into a vehicle? Could he even lift him? There's got to be a limit to writing whatever you want!]
[Why would you let the male Zerg get away? Chase him in a starship! Useless!]
Many Zerg kept reading while cursing, because the story hit all the right spots.
Alik showed everyone that even infamy was a kind of fame, and made a fortune.
Later, his novels were not only published as books, but also adapted into games, anime, and audiobooks...
Then one day, Alik was attacked and stopped updating for several days.
Leaders of major legions, chief administrators, mining magnates, space pirate chiefs... these were all powerful figures capable of shaking the stars, and they sent him private messages one after another.
In short, they all meant roughly the same thing:
[? Where did you go? Update already. What do you mean, "unforeseen circumstances"? You can't update?]
[You're fighting?]
[Wait there. I'm taking my starship to blast those ungrateful idiots!]
Content warnings:
1. Everyone loves the protagonist, over-the-top wish fulfillment and drama, and second-grade writing. Lots of one-sided crushes. As required by the website: [This is a fictional alternate-universe setting and has nothing to do with reality. Please don't read it as a reflection of real life.]
2. There will be lots of stories within the story (they will be marked).
3. My own take on the Zerg genre. The setting is all made up.
Theme: The drive to pursue your dreams is the dream itself.
Press your paws, press your paws, come on, come on [spread flowers] [spread flowers] [spread flowers] This kind of text written in Chinese is really delicious 😚 😚
No comment. Is Ikras accepting it?
After waiting for a long time, I finally got my meal[rice rice][rice rice][rice rice]😭😭😭
It's super well written in big letters 🤩
No, Dad, are you okay? Your writing is great 💪
The promised update, where did it go?
You should be confident, your writing is very good. I also want to read the follow-up. Where did you go? Have you posted elsewhere? Leave your address.
The Chinese text is beautiful, especially the various settings about the Zerg. Some of the Zerg stories are not Zerg at all. I have passed by them several times before and have not read them. I am a little tired of aesthetics. Once I read it, I felt that it was written with great care. I have always loved reading the Chinese text in novels. I think it is part of a rich world view. Unfortunately, many people don't like it. They just want to watch the two protagonists chatting and falling in love. Isn't this really boring?
My heart is broken 💔 I think your writing is very beautiful. Will you come back again?
Hahahaha, spiders: I'm so busy
