Thirteen-year-old Higurashi Kagome was awakened by a nightmare in which she killed a monster with dog ears called Inuyasha with arrows and fire. She woke up screaming, covered in cold sweat. She subconsciously touched her chest with her hand and found a round jade pendant on her chest, which was the Jade of the Four Souls that appeared in her dream. She climbed to the window in horror and peered at the moon outside. The monster Inuyasha in the dream was standing outside the window, with a huge full moon behind her. She heard him shouting, Miko, hand over the Shikon Tama! Kagome backed away in fear, covered her face and screamed, Youkai! He opened the door and ran downstairs, knocking on the door of his mother and Souta's room, and kept screaming, "Mom, Souta, there is a monster!" She ran outside the door, pointed at Inuyasha who was floating in the air with his arms crossed, and shouted, I'll kill you! How dare you come to our door!
