My name is Anaxagoras, an utterly unremarkable alchemist.

After a (damn ridiculous) equivalent exchange, my unscrupulous boss Merlin dumped me in the Harry Potter world, under the grand excuse of "preventing a future calamity."

I looked at the mission briefing, then at the "thoughtful" welcome package Merlin had prepared for me:

A toilet-seat-shaped Portkey, enough cupcakes to practically drown me, and a magic mirror that liked to pull people's pants down.

At a bookshop in Diagon Alley, I argued a pure-blood young master into questioning his entire life.

On the Hogwarts Express, I casually sculpted a flying bird out of wood shavings. The future Marauders stared in shock.

At the Sorting Ceremony, the headmaster personally escorted me. I walked straight to the Slytherin table, and the entire hall fell silent.

In Potions class, Professor Slughorn hugged my hand and called me a genius over my improved formula.

In Defense Against the Dark Arts, I kindly corrected certain students' misconceptions about "Dark Magic" (by force).

As for the Dark Lord whose name must not be spoken?

Oh, I hear he made a few Horcruxes.

I thought about the "little toys" I'd made for practice in my past lives and fell silent.

Dumbledore (rubbing his temples in frustration): Merlin, what exactly have you sent me?

Merlin (game voice chat playing aloud): "Surprise! My MVP teammate! Comes with built-in cheats!"

[Reading Guide]

1. The protagonist is Anaxa, who transmigrates from Honkai: Star Rail. There will be OOC (on my part), and no romance.

2. Mainly light and funny. Anaxa sees everything through the lens of "Elation" and is dedicated to turning Hogwarts upside down and giving old Dumbledore a headache.

3. Set in the Marauders' era, but the plot has been heavily altered, and the logic serves the comedy. The Marauders, Snape, and others will appear, but they aren't the focus.
