It's probably about Doma, anthropomorphized and experiencing an alternative life after finally returning from hell, where he atoned for his sins. Because of the timeline and how the plot is arranged, Kotoha won't appear for a while (or rather, the original Demon Slayer Corps and ordinary people won't appear until several centuries later...
