Fu Yidao is a wooden beauty in the literal sense: he's made of real wood.

Of course, he's wooden in personality, too.

Fu Yidao has forgotten how long he's been alive. Anyway, he's lived day after day until now, running a handcrafted woodcarving and arts-and-crafts shop.

He also looks for his master, who died who knows how many hundreds of years ago.

He doesn't even catch a glimpse of his master, but he does run into a brooding male ghost first.

A brooding male ghost, in the literal sense: a real male ghost.

The male ghost is fleeing the underworld's pursuit of its civil servants, so he hides in a batch of wood Fu Yidao has just bought.

The second he comes out and sees Fu Yidao, he grabs him by the chin, presses their noses together, and speaks in an incredibly deep, bubbly voice: "Oh, darling, you're so beautiful."

Fu Yidao is silent for two seconds, then says expressionlessly, "Sir, you're standing on my foot."

Mo Ling awkwardly pulls his foot back and is about to keep flirting, but suddenly freezes and stares at Fu Yidao. "You can see me?"
