Mo Cen was a black cat from a wealthy family, living a carefree life until his owner was suddenly assassinated and the entire city was massacred.
The only kitten to survive transformed into human form, driven by hatred and seeking revenge. Just as he was getting started, he met a pitiful orphan with neither father nor mother. The kid was a real handful, but so beautiful and tragic. He was taking him in!
On a dark, windy night, in a shadowy alley with no one in sight, Mo Cen had barely sheathed his bloodstained sword when he heard footsteps. Startled, he turned into a black cat and fled over the wall.
But the person approaching was the handful he had raised for years. He turned back into a human and sauntered over with a carefree air.
"Oh dear, this person seems a little dead!"
As he spoke, he hid the sword lying on the ground behind his back.
Little did he know that the down-and-out orphan he had imagined had transformed into a pampered spectator at the death arena. Mo Cen had nearly lost his right arm up on the stage.
Yet Bie Yang merely lounged in his seat and said casually, "I know a little swordplay too. Dare to fight me?"
Mo Cen kicked up a broken sword, his thin lips parting. "Dare to come down here?"
Bie Yang drew his sword and attacked. Amid the flashing light and shadows, his cold blade gently lifted Mo Cen's trembling hand. "You're badly hurt."
When Bie Yang's true identity was exposed, Mo Cen chased after him with a sword. When Mo Cen's own identity was exposed, he rubbed the tip of his nose and chuckled. "Well, I'm really sorry about that."
Whenever someone called him clingy, he would always snort. "Kittens are clingy. I'm not like that."
But when Bie Yang really ignored him, he would turn into a kitten, leap into his arms, and say with shining eyes, "Forget about that. Play with me."
What harm could a kitten possibly have in mind? He just wanted revenge and to keep his "handful" all to himself.
