A Letter to Batman

It got posted by accident, so there was nothing I could do. I just changed it to a completed short story.

Dear Mr. Batman, thank you for saving me that night. Ever since then, it feels like nothing but good things have happened to me. The mother superior bought me a cake, and everyone sang me a birthday song. The next day, I also received a grant from the Wayne Foundation Education Savings Fund. I'll study hard and grow up to be a useful person.

Lia

Even though there's nowhere to send the letter, Lia still wants to write to Batman. She can't become a vigilante like Batman, but she can work hard to become someone like Mr. Wayne, someone who can help other people.
