[The Legend of Luo Xiaohei] Moonshadow Sways

Chi Nian once picked up a human on a whim, in the mountains on a winter night under the moon.

He asked Zheng Deyue to leave with him in summer, on a typhoon day.

"I can't say I like humans, but I can't say I hate them either. It's better to let them live than die. They need to live to atone."

"Even if they hurt you and your family?!"

"Yes."

"You're hopeless!"

"Then... you hate me too."

"..."

"Hmm?"

"...You're different from them."

"We're all human."

"...You're... special."

-That's more or less the idea.

-For a friend.
