Xu Yuan inherited the small inn her adoptive father had left behind.
The inn was unremarkable and tiny, with only a dozen or so guest rooms and the most basic accommodations. It had neither luxurious rooms with a view nor breakfast.
One day after she inherited the inn, a zombie virus broke out, and the apocalypse descended.
The timid Xu Yuan barricaded herself inside the inn, living alongside the zombies in the guest rooms for nearly a month. She struggled to survive on her own snacks, but just as her food ran out, she heard the inn's voice.
[Inn Notice: Insufficient customers detected in the area where the inn is located. Would you like to relocate?]
Xu Yuan: ? The inn can talk?
*
The inn could not only automatically detect customers, but also teleport.
Most importantly, the owner was invincible within the inn's boundaries!
Xu Yuan: Were you sent by Xu Mingfeng?
Inn: Xu Mingfeng has been identified as your adoptive father. If you wish, the inn can be renamed
