After a year of unemployment, Zou Boyuan finally found a promising new company with six types of insurance and two housing funds, weekends off, regular holidays, and all kinds of great benefits.
At the interview, Zou Boyuan faced the HR representative's questions and boldly declared that he was willing to give his all for the company. And so, he smoothly entered a new chapter in life.
But before he had even started work, an emergency came up. The company needed an employee to enter a game pod and find the problem. Zou Boyuan volunteered, hoping to turn his bicycle into a motorcycle, and lay down in the game pod.
At first, Zou Boyuan didn't take the immersive game seriously at all. That changed as one thing after another happened and he endured hardship every step of the way. At last, he completed three journeys through different lives.
In the first, he was the only son of a wealthy merchant, on the verge of taking the autumn examinations. In the second, he was a royal relative, just born into the world. In the third, he was a poor farmer's son who had lost his family.
A game of life, life like a play. Fortunately, each time he met the person he loved, someone who could walk alongside him and support him through every storm.
