A Guide to Running an Interdimensional Inn

After failing to find work yet again, Cheng Xin had no choice but to return to her hometown and inherit the hot spring inn her grandmother had left her. Business was dead quiet.

Then one day, she opened the door and someone came tumbling in.

Her ordinary little inn began attracting amazing guests from all sorts of dimensions.

When Cheng Xin opened the door: A guest stared at her with bloodshot eyes, still carrying the smell of smoke from the apocalypse. "Got anything to eat? Do you want guns, gold, or a zombie vaccine?"

When she opened the door again: A guest who had escaped from a horror game lay down on the spot. "Let me sleep. You can take whatever body parts you want as payment for the room."

One day, Cheng Xin looked grave as she pointed at a pile of fist-sized pearls. She had one tiny problem: "You cried all of these?"

The mermaid nodded innocently and asked hopefully, "Is it enough to buy a visit to the hot spring? If not, I have more."

Cheng Xin said, "Never mind whether you'd get boiled alive in there... Stop crying! You're going to clog up the hot spring!"

She turned around, at the end of her patience. "I'll say it again: even sword immortals have to use the door. If you crash, the inn takes no responsibility! And if a mechanical warrior gets stuck in the ceiling, you're staying to do construction work and pay for the damage!"

"And you! There are no lost magical arrays in the projector! That's the third one your dimension has tried to sneak off with! You can't use magic potions as collateral, either!"

Looking at her harmonious (chaotic) and wonderful (wild) inn, Cheng Xin sighed at the sky. "All I did was wish for good business and to lie flat while getting rich!"
