[Gentle, sickly male insect top x scheming childhood-raised military female insect bottom; a sweet two-person romance, manuscript in progress]
1.
Imagine that you are lucky enough to read, in a dream, fanfiction written by people in the future, with your husband as the protagonist. You learn that he will achieve great deeds for the ages and become famous throughout history, and that even a hundred years later he will still have countless fans writing fanfiction about him.
And in these stories, you play the roles of: a sleeping husband, a helpless husband, a husband caught in the act in front of his spouse; a cruel and violent figure; and a dark moonlight who, because of his disabled legs, is rumored to have all sorts of things done to him...
Ian Tudor, weak-willed, with disabled legs since childhood and considered the shame of his family: Are you talking about me? Me?
From those fanfictions, Ian pieces together his future from a pile of lewd writing: he will plan an extremist male-insect-worship movement, be killed by his female spouse Yago in the name of justice, and become the dark moonlight that haunts the God of War Yago forever.
Faced with the choice of clinging to the legs of his destined-to-be-great spouse or striking first against the future killer who will take his life, Ian chooses to lie flat.
...It feels like if I tried hard to do anything to Yago, I'd only bring those torture-and-confinement storylines forward in time. _(:з"∠)_

Yago is very satisfied with his husband: since he can't walk, he has fewer opportunities for amusement than ordinary male insects and is easy to handle; he's docile and believes whatever he's told; and he has a gentle, pretty face that makes insects fall for him with a smile. Ian always obediently does as he's told, like a beautiful little pet dog Yago has raised. He belongs to Yago.
After a certain night, things change. His obedient, well-behaved male spouse suddenly learns to refuse him.
He always looks panicked whenever he sees Yago, refuses to sit at the same table with him for meals, and even doesn't want to lie in the same bed with him at night...! Yago simply cannot understand. He looks around: Who has tempted his husband and stolen his heart? Who has driven a wedge between them?
After thinking it over again and again, Yago finally kneels before his male spouse one night, holding his husband's insensible injured legs with great familiarity and taking the opportunity to feel them. He feigns sorrow and weeps: "My male spouse, did I do something wrong?"
Ian's expression turns grave, and the corner of his mouth twitches.
Learning that Yago will kill him isn't really frightening. What's frightening is that he's read countless stories like Yago and His Ex-Husband's Room Seven and Fork/Cake: The Cannibal Poisonous Mother Insect, and seen Yago force himself on Ian, make him suffer before killing him, imprison him, and have multiple partners with him...
It's enough to make him break out in a cold sweat and tremble with fear. Even his nightmares are about waking up to find his husband has locked him in a dark room and is draining him day after day.
Ian tells Yago earnestly, "Dear, I've just suddenly become averse to female insects. Do you believe me? QAQ"
Extra scene:
The male insect Saint Ian, who can "know the future and see what is to come," is pinned against the bed by his husband, who demands that he interpret his future.
Ian hurriedly opens the fanfiction collection and reads aloud with a tingling scalp: "According to the course of fate, next you'll force yourself on me. Because you resent the way I looked down on you before, you'll lock me to the headboard and... Uh... no... This isn't right... It's all made up..."
He's just about to turn to the canon-focused section and tell Yago about his future. But then Yago takes a pair of handcuffs from the bedside table and smiles. "Your Holiness, you really can predict the future. How did you know I wanted to do this?"
Ian: ???
Yago picks up the helpless Ian, draws his hands together, and cuffs them to each other. Smiling, he kisses Ian's face and praises him: "You're truly prescient. Can you guess what I want to do next, too?"
Theme: Treasure time.
