Ming Mu is a birdwatching blogger whom birds just don't like. Wherever he goes, every bird takes flight. His account has a pitiful two thousand followers, and 1,800 of them are only there for the laughs.
Then he meets the bird of his dreams.
He approaches carefully, and the little bird perches steadily on a branch.
He raises his camera. The bird glances over, ruffles its feathers, spreads its wings, and puffs out its chest with an air of dignity.
Ming Mu: I'm dying from the cuteness!!!
The bird sleeps, he photographs it! The bird bathes, he photographs it! The bird poops, of course he photographs that too, and with gusto!
Not only is Ming Mu utterly charmed, but his birdwatching account's followers skyrocket to twenty million.
Chong Ming is an ancient great demon. The last time he appeared in the world, the people of the land carved him in wood and cast him in gold for more than a thousand years.
When he awakens again, no one cares.
Except for one young man, who follows him every day, takes his picture, makes likenesses of him, and chats with him tenderly without ever slacking off.
After half a month of consideration, Chong Ming decides to accept this human's courtship.
Chong Ming has never been in love, so he starts watching how Ming Mu expresses his affection.
Chong Ming takes notes:
Secretly... follow him... anytime, anywhere... sneak photos... say some... sweet things.
Right. Got it.
During this month, the great demon comes into the human world, and the first thing he asks a human for is a DSLR camera.
After coming back from the mountains, Ming Yu gets the feeling he's being stalked!
Every day, he receives pictures of himself sleeping, changing clothes, eating, and bathing.
Feathers of all colors keep appearing around his home.
And every few days, he gets little notes saying things like, "Could you wait for me to get you in focus?" "You're so cute," and "Are you ready to be photographed?"
Ming Mu turns into a living version of The Scream. "Pervert, stay away from me! Aaaaaah!"
He tries calling the police and even hires bodyguards, but nothing works.

In a fit of anger, Ming Mu goes home and agrees to a matchmaking date arranged by his family, just to draw out the lovesick stalker.
The banquet is a glittering affair, filled with elegant guests and servants.
The elite eye Ming Mu, the unorthodox third son of the Ming family, and whisper and laugh among themselves instead of approaching him. After all, this may be his matchmaking banquet, but they have no interest in making his acquaintance.
But one man strides straight toward him.
Everyone takes a closer look and is left stunned.
Isn't this the grandmaster-level powerhouse who appeared out of nowhere in A City's metaphysical circles a month ago, and was even officially recognized by the authorities? They say Old Master Ming's request to meet him has been put off until three years from now.
In full view of everyone,
the legendary powerhouse grabs Ming Mu by the wrist and demands, sounding both furious and aggrieved, "You're going to court someone else? After you followed me every day, said it was exhausting to take sneaky pictures of me and made me pose, kept pestering me to let you photograph me, told me to come see you every day, and got so jealous when I said a few words to an ordinary bird that you demanded an explanation! You kept saying you wanted to know about my childhood, my family, and my life, and that you loved me more than anything! Was all of that a lie?!"
The whole room falls silent.
Terrified, awed, intrigued, bewildered, envious... Countless eyes turn toward Ming Mu.
Who said Third Young Master Ming was a hopeless case?
[Bonus Scene 1]
Ming Mu reads an online comment: "The great master is as elusive as a dragon." He says, "That's because the great master is busy being a brooding, crazy stalker."
"Enough." The great master silences Ming Mu with a kiss. "Hurry up. Are you going to kiss me or not?"
Ming Mu: "No."
Chong Ming, menacingly: "Then hurry up and kiss me!"
#Help, what do I do when the bird at home doesn't understand human speech?#
[Bonus Scene 2]
One morning after they get together.
Ming Mu (sitting up with effort): "I'll take a picture."
Chong Ming (secretly delighted) (pretending to be displeased) (turning back into his original form) (posing): "You really never get tired of it, do you?"
Ming Mu: "...Not you. Call that bird who came to see you last time and let me take its picture."
Chong Ming (immediately turning vicious) (opening his enormous jaws): "Who?! Let's see which bird dares to come!"
