On a dark, windy night, a group of people wielding long poles and beating through the silent mountain forest shatters the quiet. Hearing that the notorious flower thief has suddenly died on Mount Hua, Jiang Yinuang, a junior official at the Court of Judicial Review, immediately sets off with her people to investigate.
