Thanks for asking. I was happily working on my research project when two juniors, one with a two-character name and one with a four-character name, kicked the lab door open. Then I blinked, and I wasn't human anymore. On top of that, an entire research project had been dropped into my lap.
The good news: the project I was working on is pretty interesting, too.
The bad news: The save file seems to be corrupted. Why does the log say it looped thirty million times?

This shares a setting with the story next door, but takes a different path. The difference is that there isn't a second Laigu Shi.
Overall, I want to write a lighthearted short story with a bit of Di Hua and some references. This isn't me, and some OOC characterization and headcanon are inevitable. After all, it's Laigu Shi. Even in a Chaotic Good version, as long as it makes sense, he'll still do what he has to do... but his motives, methods, and results may be another matter. Please steer clear in advance if that's not your thing.
