[Football] The Milan Lighthouse

As Filippo Inzaghi's son, Vittorio still can't become the next “Fox in the Box.” God gave him the vision of a midfield maestro, not his father's striker's instincts.

While everyone expects him to recreate a legend, he chooses to conquer the pitch with his passing. Faced with doubts and temptations, he remains composed, because his father's gaze has never been a shadow over him, but a warm beacon lighting his way.

From youth academy to retirement, he interprets the ultimate romance of “one man, one city” in his own way.

He won't be a ghost in the penalty box. He'll be a poet in midfield.

A true legend doesn't live in another's shadow. He stands on his shoulders and writes his own red-and-black poem.

No transfers. Italy's national team, AC Milan.

Some players and teams will lose out on trophies, and the results of many matches and the course of many lives will change.

Apologies for the OOC, muddled timeline, and many departures from canon.

Recommending my upcoming story, [Football] I Don't Want to Go to Work!

“My name is Miguel. I'm sixteen, and I currently work at AC Milan.”

“That's right, it's the kind of awful job where you have to clock in every day (training), deal with your boss (the coach), compete against a bunch of overachieving coworkers (Maldini, Nesta, and the others), and constantly face the unreasonable demands of your clients (opposing forwards).” -_-#

“My dream? Obviously, early retirement!!!”

“But my bosses keep saying I'm a once-in-a-century defensive genius. My coworkers like to ruffle my curls and call me cute, and even the scariest clients pat me on the head after I make a perfect interception (sliding tackle) and say, ‘Kid, you're going places.’”

“Now I've received an offer for a part-time job from our Spanish headquarters (a national team call-up). They say the work environment there is even more competitive, the conditions harsher, and the KPIs more demanding...”

“All I can say is, ”

“I really don't want to go to work, aaah! ...”
