A few things to know before reading:
1. This is a crossover. Dick ends up in Detective Conan.
2. There are misunderstandings. Dick's Gotham "quirks" will help move the plot along, so there will be some misunderstandings, along with a few personal additions that will be noted. Some familiar tropes will appear, such as brainwashing and a vampire king, but I think Dick will use this information to help other people.
4. The story is kind to the whole cast, and people will be saved. I firmly believe Dick wouldn't leave a living person in danger.
5. This is my first time writing, and I'm doing it out of love, so please be kind. Some OOC is probably unavoidable, but I'll do my best. After all, like Dick, I have a heart. I think you do too. Thanks for reading.
And I'm sorry, I'm not very good at summarizing a plot or attracting readers. I started writing this because I was so frustrated by how inaccurate the portrayals in fanfiction were that I angrily picked up a pen and wrote the story I wanted to read. Probably not many people will read it, so I've let myself relax instead of writing something formulaic. I hope we can share a connection and become friends!
