"Doctor, I feel like something is wrong with the whole world," Chi Ruoyan said softly.
"When did you realize something was wrong?"
"Just now, only a moment ago. I noticed there are all these inexplicable rules everywhere, like this 'Guide to the Rules of the Psychological Counseling Room.'"
Chi Ruoyan pointed to the words on the wall and slowly read aloud, "Rule One: Remember, you are the patient, not the doctor. There are no doctors in the counseling room."
.
On the first day she realized something was wrong with the whole world, Chi Ruoyan finally noticed that her classmates were constantly changing.
Batches of "classmates" of all heights, builds, and ages gathered around her. Their faces stiff with fear, they asked, "Chi, do you know what class we have next?"
She always smiled and patiently replied, "Rule Nine of the Class Rules for Senior Year Class 3 says the schedule is subject to change, and students are forbidden from guessing what classes are scheduled."
As her classmates stared at her in terror, Chi Ruoyan put a finger to her lips and winked playfully. "Don't worry, I won't tell the teacher."
She watched them visibly relax and look at her with gratitude, then changed the subject. "But in exchange, you'll have to do me a little favor."
"At midnight tonight, go to the office and find something for me."
Chi Ruoyan finally remembered that she'd left something important there. But she had other plans for tonight, so she'd just have to ask her helpful classmates for a small favor :)
