Jiao Tong died in a car accident. In the last 0.001 seconds before his life was snuffed out, the legendary System appeared and asked if he wanted to live.
Jiao Tong nodded frantically, thinking that after a lifetime of hardship, he was finally about to get a golden finger.
*
When he woke up again, he had become a budgerigar.
And the target assigned to him by the System was, an 18-year-old icy-faced high school boy, before his corruption.
Hello? He tells me to get lost the moment he sees me. How am I supposed to win him over?
Jiao Tong perched on the living room chandelier and looked down, lost in thought. Then he remembered what people online said: every corrupted villain has a troubled family.
Then he would start by fixing the family!
A week later, Jiao Tong had taught the family dog to use the squat toilet.
A month later, the rebellious younger brother was getting up early every day to practice speaking English.
Half a year later, the inconsiderate neighbor had moved away without a sound.
And Min Fengzhou, the person he was trying to win over, fixed him with a pair of eyes that seemed to smile and yet did not. His lips pressed together, but in the end, he did not tell Jiao Tong to get lost again.

Before meeting Jiao Tong, Min Fengzhou's life had been nothing but darkness. Complicated family relationships and a clueless male and female lead made his days a constant misery.
Then Jiao Tong appeared and changed his life.
The silly little bird would hop onto his shoulder almost every day and ask, "Min Fengzhou, are you feeling a little happier?"
Gradually, he got used to having it around, and began to suspect its intelligence was far below that of an ordinary bird.
Until one day, after getting drunk, the silly bird said, "Min Fengzhou, once I've saved enough points, I'll make the male and female leads disappear. Don't become a villain."
So it wasn't just an ordinary little bird.
At first, Min Fengzhou scoffed at its hypocritical kindness, which clearly had an ulterior motive. But how had he ended up being the one to fall first...
