[Multiple female leads] [Parallel universe] [Adventure] [Multiple planets] [Ensemble cast] Eight chosen girls created by the gods are forced to take part in a game where they must kill one another and survive until the end, after an unknown extraterrestrial force invades their home. This is an interstellar story about finding their way back to their roots after losing their path.
Read this first for the worldbuilding:
Fifteen thousand years ago, in a vast and silent expanse of space, a powerful deity led five artisans who had journeyed from different timelines. Together, they created a parallel universe made up of eight planets and seven types of spirit stones: "Seven Stone Spirit Crystals."
After that, the five artisans vanished into obscurity. The powerful deity took over everything and named himself the "First God." To better govern the eight planets under his rule, the First God carefully created beings known as the "Chosen Daughters."
Each of the eight Chosen Daughters protected her own planet.
Two thousand years later, the Chosen Daughters collectively ascended to godhood. The planets were bathed in the radiance of the gods, and their people lived in harmony and love.
However, peace did not last long.
An unknown extraterrestrial force swept across the entire universe like a storm. The seven spirit stones that maintained order were destroyed, plunging the eight planets into a mist-shrouded chaos where survival became extraordinarily difficult.
Amid this despair, the gods did not abandon their people. Out of compassion and love, they decided to give this parallel universe a new hope.
So the gods turned to the First God, who created a second generation of Chosen Daughters. They are messengers of the gods, and their successors.
Alongside managing their planets, they will gradually inherit the will and skills of the previous generation, taking on the responsibility of restoring the parallel universe. The eight girls of this new generation are:
"Dawn Goddess" Jingyue, "Frost Saintess" Xue Xinyi, "Cloudsea Goddess" Ru Mengyu, "Nature Spirit Maiden" Qing Shanlin, "Thunder Star Maiden" Tian Yaling, "Dark Abyss Witch" Xing Yiling, "Nethernight Sorceress" Yue Li, and "Snake Spirit Poison Maiden" An Shuming.
But the power of the nine gods is not limitless, and the extraterrestrial forces continue to grow stronger. There is still no effective way to fight them, and the parallel universe is on the brink of destruction. They have no choice but to make a difficult decision:
A contest between the Chosen Daughters will determine which planet is strongest, and its people will lead the escape from this already-ruined parallel universe. So the eight Chosen Daughters created by the gods for the second generation must enter a "life-or-death game" that will decide the fate of their planets and all their people.
Message: An inspiring story.
"Chapter Destiny Opens..." Is a big bug for the author~
