The Black Witch's Conquest Notebook

People fear the existence of witches, but what they truly fear are the three witch sisters.

The Red Witch represents slaughter and death, the White Witch represents salvation and vitality, and the Black Witch represents inversion and reversal.

They say only one Red Witch is born every thousand years. Her arrival is always accompanied by the fall of a kingdom, and a river of blood serves as her baptism.

The Black Witch turns black into white, reverses life and death, and swaps cause and effect.

The White Witch wields the Void Sword, which can sever anything in the world that cannot be severed.

After the Black Witch appeared:

Black and white no longer had boundaries and could be confused at any moment; the dead could live, and the living could die; cause and effect in this world could run backward. If she wished, even time could flow in reverse.

So before her powers awakened, the King of the Underworld locked her away in the prison of the underworld, where she never saw the light of day.

“When everything is beyond saving, let cause and effect flow backward.”
