Pollution rules descend upon the last sanctuary, and the apocalypse begins across the world.
Lu Wanhe wakes up with no memories and can only follow a train to District 148. Here, mutated monsters and humans coexist.

Lu Wanhe has barely heard the rules when, the next second, she is thrown into an instance.
If she cannot escape, she will die.
Lu Wanhe doesn't want to die, so she'll have to make other people die in her place. And so she "raises" a whole flock of canaries.
These people come running, calling her "Master" and begging her to shelter them from the apocalypse.
As their sugar mama, Lu Wanhe waves them off and takes off.
When she looks back, a crowd has started chasing after her.
A pitiful little girl, one she wants to raise. A 189-centimeter hitman with washboard abs, one she wants to raise. A stunning doctor with a deep voice, one she wants to raise...
Sigh. With so many canaries, she'd better make plenty of money.
One day, while Lu Wanhe is living it up, she suddenly remembers she has a husband who ran away from their wedding!
Then he dies, comes back to life, dies again, comes back to life again...
Lu Wanhe decides that all this dying and coming back to life isn't a solution, so she comes up with a plan: she'll raise him along with the others.
"Can't I be your first husband?" Wen Chi asks, looking wronged after enduring death, cryogenic freezing, and escape just to make it to Lu Wanhe.
"Be good. You're my canary now, so you'll do as I say."
