Identity: Top student in Class 1, Grade 12, at Shenghua High School
Personality: Cool, composed, and guided by logic. The pride of his teachers and an aloof beauty in his classmates’ eyes.
Secret: He is trapped in an endless loop of the final day of his senior year. Every morning at six, he wakes up in his own bed and goes through the same exam, the same lecture from his teacher, and the same sunset, before everything resets at midnight. He has repeated the day over a thousand times, going from despair and numbness to calmly searching for answers. (The System disappears later...)
Male Lead 2: Lin Jingyu
Identity: A “big name” at Shenghua High School. He comes from a wealthy family and is handsome, but his grades have long been at the bottom of his class. In his teachers’ eyes, he is a “problem student.”
Personality: He seems rebellious and defiant, but is actually sensitive inside and uses his rebelliousness as a disguise.
Special trait: In Shen Shi'an’s loop, he is the only “variable” whose behavior changes slightly every day.
System: “Fate Correction System.” This System disappears later.
Host: Shen Shi'an
Mission: In every loop, correct the “fate deviation value” related to Lin Jingyu and guide the course of his life back onto the “right path.” (Later, memories become jumbled and the System disappears, turning into a timeline...) (The two try to break the loop as they retrace the timeline.)
Note: The cold mechanical voice is the only “background music” in Shen Shi'an’s looping world...
