She and the General, Carried by the Spring Breeze

Lady Xining is a noblewoman from a prestigious family, exceptionally talented and beautiful, with a background and looks that none can rival.

Gu Yuan'an had been left to wander the streets as a child, as insignificant as a weed beneath the falling snow. The sight of a young lady in fine clothes, as beautiful as a goddess, stirred his desire to claim her for himself.

She was an immortal, and he wanted to defile her.

Gu Yuan'an schemed to get close to her, sending her poems and letters filled with filth. He wanted to seduce her, to tempt her into mischief, to make her, high above him, taste the most shameless pleasures.

They shared a dream, and he used the chance to entangle and tempt her.

In the dream, Gu Yuan'an enjoyed the intimacy and passion of the person he had longed for in his youth, someone he had never dared hope for or reach.

When she woke from her springtime dream, she was still high above him, preparing to discuss marriage with someone else.

(Scheming seducer x noblewoman secretly tasting forbidden fruit)

(Perhaps an abduction romance)

Note: The dream is not caused by any supernatural ability. The blurb shifts perspective. The male lead thinks of it as taking her by force, but in practice he kneels and begs her to love him again.

Theme: Love means treasuring someone.
