Mr. Matsuda's Guide to Living Among Humans

To rewrite the tragic ending of the police academy group, where 5-4=0, Matsuda Jinpei struck a deal with the Lord of the Abyss, who was impersonating the World Consciousness, and returned to the present world in a nonhuman form.

But why did he have to start over as a baby? Lord of the Abyss, did you get this wrong?!

Matsuda Jinpei, now a baby who could barely walk, screamed in despair, but all that came out was an adorable "waa waa waa."

The adults: Of course our little one is the cutest!

Matsuda Jinpei: :) I... never mind. I'm cute.

After finally making it to adulthood, reality hit him with a roundhouse kick.

While saving someone alongside his fellow recruits, Matsuda Jinpei had an accident and transformed into his true form. He thought they would shun him, but not only did his fellow recruits stop treating him like a human, they stopped treating him like an adult, too. They took turns feeding him milk, and nearly killed him by forgetting he was asleep on a chair or absentmindedly tossing him like a basketball.

Matsuda Jinpei: :)

After finally making it to work, before he could even start changing Hagiwara Kenji's date of death, he accidentally found out that the place he'd been going to for fun since childhood was a black organization his fellow recruits had risked their lives to infiltrate.

Matsuda Jinpei: ? Wait, no, this can't be! Lord of the Abyss!!!

1. Mainly a fun, comedic story (though there is a main plot >Q)

Theme: Light will always triumph over darkness.
