In Dafeng, a legendary dynasty surrounded by enemies and plagued by constant border wars, the struggle between imperial power and the great clans grows ever fiercer within the court. Prince Chu, Su Yan, is the third prince. His mother was a princess of the previous dynasty, and his exceptional talent makes him a target of suspicion, forcing him to conceal his brilliance. A chance encounter brings two lonely stars together, but before they can give their hearts to each other, they are bound by a blood feud. Beneath his refined, gentle exterior lies a cold and calculating opportunist; behind her deep devotion lies careful scheming.
