Welcome to the Crossover Screening Room

A crossover watch-along featuring Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, and Gintama.

Surely everyone has a best friend, right?

Surely everyone has a best friend who’s a villain, right?

Surely everyone has a best friend who’s a villain and died, right?

Surely everyone has a best friend who’s a villain, died, and then came back from the dead, right?

Surely everyone has a best friend who’s a villain, died, and yet has always lived on in your heart, right?

Satoru Gojo, Kakashi Hatake, and Sakata Gintoki: "..."

Surely everyone has a best friend, right?

Surely everyone has a white-haired best friend, right?

Surely everyone has a super popular white-haired best friend, right?

Surely everyone has a white-haired best friend who considers you important, right?

Surely everyone has a white-haired best friend who wants to kill you and protect you at the same time, right?

Suguru Geto, Obito Uchiha, and Takasugi Shinsuke: "..."

CP: Geto/Gojo, Obito/Kakashi, Gintoki/Takasugi.

These three couples are way too similar. What is this, a group that's two-thirds the same?

Jujutsu Kaisen timeline: Suguru Geto has been dead for over a year. After Satoru Gojo gets out of the Prison Realm, he makes a fight to the death pact with Kenjaku and Sukuna. The day they set for the fight is also Geto's death anniversary, Christmas Eve.

Naruto timeline: Obito has been dead for a few months, and Kakashi has just become the Sixth Hokage.

Gintama timeline: Takasugi has been dead for who knows how long. Gintoki has just learned that Matako Kijima and the others found Takasugi: a baby who looks exactly like him, and this Ryumyaku Takasugi is growing at an incredible rate.

Also, in the worlds of Jujutsu Kaisen and Gintama, Naruto is a manga, so Geto, Gojo, Gintoki, and Takasugi probably know the story of Obito and Kakashi pretty well.

I've always wanted to read a crossover watch-along like this, but there aren't any. Even when there are, the pairings are wrong: either the ships are reversed or the couples are broken up. There are practically none with all three couples. So I'm making one for myself to read during the National Day holiday, with tears in my eyes.

Ah, no, I'm a hopelessly illiterate writer. I can barely write at all, and I'm very likely to abandon this. Could some amazing author please feed me?
