A Male Ghost Visits My Dreams Every Night

Sheng Yi woke up with no memories.

The Jiang family from Yucheng came to see him with a paternity test, claiming he was their second son, who had been switched at birth.

He thought he had landed in a rich-family story about the real and fake young masters.

When he walked out of the hospital room, he saw translucent ghosts filling the corridor. Then he found the walls of his new home covered in talismans.

He thought he had landed in a supernatural survival game.

Later, a red-clad, beautiful ghost wrapped an arm around his neck and shoulder, visiting him in his dreams night after night, their cheeks brushing as they whispered together.

He suspected he had run into a demon that fed on human vitality.

Yet after being haunted by the beautiful ghost for so long, Sheng Yi showed no signs of mental or physical decline. Instead, the many occult families regarded him as a hidden master, and a hundred ghosts dared not come near him.

Only later did he learn that he and the male ghost had already been bound by a red thread of fate, their love spanning past and present lives.

Sheng Yi: So it really is a love that transcends life and death.

Just as he was gradually accepting reality, one morning he looked in the mirror, cursing the male ghost for having no self-control. Then he looked up and saw a pair of dog ears sticking up from his hair. (They were actually wolf ears.) They drooped or perked up with his mood.

Sheng Yi: ...

Sheng Yi: Wait, so I’m not human either?
