I Swapped Bodies with My Archrival Ex-Husband

Since their student days, Xie Lanqing and Lu Jingchuan have been bitter rivals who never got along. As adults, they became fierce business competitors, at odds over everything.

Three years ago, they were forced into a business marriage. They struggled to maintain a shaky appearance of civility in front of the cameras, while privately counting down the days until their contract expired.

At last, the three years were up.

Standing outside the Civil Affairs Bureau, Xie Lanqing smiled and waved at Lu Jingchuan. "Mr. Lu, see you around."

As if they'd ever see each other again. The thought of never having to look at his rival's sour face every day made his whole life seem brighter.

After their divorce, they held press conferences on the same day, both full of confidence and determined to make their company's new products outsell the other's.

But after Xie Lanqing took a short nap and woke up, he was in an unfamiliar room.

The reflection in the mirror showed his rival's arrogant face, while Lu Jingchuan's assistant waited outside, asking "Mr. Lu" to take the stage and give a speech.

Xie Lanqing: ...?

Had he and Lu Jingchuan switched bodies?!

Being forced to play his rival and ex-husband was aggravating enough. Worse still, their body swaps were uncontrollable and lasted for random lengths of time. The only way to stop them was through enough physical contact.

Xie Lanqing: .

A few days later, the newly divorced couple sat across from each other in the living room, the silence between them unnaturally tense.

After a long pause, Lu Jingchuan fought through his discomfort, held out one hand, and looked at the other man challengingly.

"Mr. Xie, don't tell me you're scared?"

Scared?

Xie Lanqing gave a cold laugh, took his rival's hand, and squeezed until his knuckles turned white.

"Dream on."
