The renowned fashion designer Wen Rumu is astonishingly talented and beautiful. Her life seems glamorous, but inside, she is empty and desolate, her soul withered.

Shen Lu's lover died in Africa while working as a doctor with an international aid organization. Before she died, she entrusted someone to Shen Lu.
Shen Lu went to great lengths to find that person, told the biggest lie of her life, and moved into her home.
She kept her promise and looked after Wen Rumu. Then, one day, Wen Rumu changed and began playing the role of Shen Lu's former lover.
Sometimes Shen Lu is confused, but she can't resist.
She knows what Wen Rumu likes, so she sacrifices her principles, her boundaries, and her reason, watching herself fall even as she remains fully aware.
Yet this woman tilts her head back and laughs at the height of their passion: "Shen Lu, do you think you're worthy?"
