An original Gryffindor female lead, Sise Watt x Severus Snape.
[On Hiatus: Please Read]
If you haven't started this story, please proceed with caution! The story will only be written through the end of Book Seven. After rereading the original books, the author found the earlier books intolerably unsatisfying, so after Book Seven's story concludes, the earlier books will be rewritten. As a result, Book Eight, "A Thaw After the War," will be delayed indefinitely. No chapters will be updated for a year or two after Book Seven!
[Please Note]
1. This is a happy ending. The original Snape is not handsome, but a spiteful old bat; he will not be beautified. No one will be whitewashed or demonized, and no original canon pairings will be broken up, though there will be some angst along the way.
2. The romance is extremely slow-burn. There are almost no kisses in the entire story, and feelings between her and Snape will not begin to emerge until after the war.
3. Potential concerns (though I don't consider them problems): Sirius may have a romantic or familial relationship with Sise's sister, though it will mostly be familial; Remus and Sise will have some initial feelings for each other, more like kindred spirits, but Remus and Tonks will stay together; not everyone will survive; Sise is highly intelligent but weak in combat.
[Synopsis]
Sise Watt (INFJ): She knows the story, but is just an ordinary soul who wandered into a magical war. She has the courage of Gryffindor, the wisdom of Ravenclaw, the kindness of Hufflepuff, and the resourcefulness of Slytherin, but only ordinary magical ability. Her only advantages are an adult's good sense, a tireless work ethic, and a loving heart.
Theme: The compassion of the rational, and the redemption of the despairing
With no one to control Sirius's personality, he would have become a VIP customer in the underworld!
Great potion operation in big letters 👍 Now I understand very well Snape's opening remarks in the original article: There is no stupid wand waving here, so many of you may not believe that this is actually magic. I don't expect you to truly understand the beauty of this gently boiling cauldron, the subtle power of those liquids that can sneak into the human body's veins, confuse the mind, and capture the senses... If you weren't a bunch of fools like you usually are, I could teach you to bottle fame, brew glory, and even seal death. [Let me be healthy]
Teacher, I'm waiting for you, but don't you consider moving the article to 🍅? I feel like there are more people reading hp fanfiction on 🍅.
The emotional line is finally starting to show some signs 😏
These two are surprisingly consistent in denying feelings and crushing them in the face of feelings.
The florist's wisdom will be carried forward at Hogwarts [Holding fists]
A chapter full of affection. Sisser is a real warrior. The understanding and commitment between both parties here is so touching.
[Bursts crying] Help! This is really what Dumbledore would do! I'm numb... This chapter gave me goosebumps.
Professor Snape really deserves to be single. Sissy: looking indifferent
Hug Sissy and eat something good!
