[An alternate take on the Hunter x Hunter world. Killua never met the others during the Hunter Exam, and grew up to become the family head his family wanted him to be.]

And so Zhihui Li began her long journey to win him over

After dying 99 times, Zhihui Li had no strength left to keep trying.
System: "Please don't give up! Maybe you'll succeed on your hundredth try!"
System: "In recognition of your hard work, this time we can give you an SSS-rank item, along with a huge Nen ability gift pack!"
And so, Yaoyue began her hundredth playthrough
But she found, to her astonishment, that this world was completely different from the others.
The Killua here didn't know Gon and the others, and his way of doing things was straight out of the underworld.
"So, you're the one I made an 'engagement' with, right?"
Staring at the seventeen-year-old Killua before her, Yaoyue was dumbfounded.
System: "Sweetie, our SSS-rank 'Engagement' item ensures that you and Killua will share life and death for a year! So you don't have to worry about him killing you during that time!"
System: "Also, the Nen ability [Emotional Factors] we gave you lets you control your target's joy, anger, sorrow, and fear. But if you fail to win him over, the effect will rebound on you, and you'll lose the ability to feel any emotions."
Yaoyue gritted her teeth, endured the pressure, and became his little lackey.
"Young Master Killua, the cake that just came out of the oven is ready. Would you like to try some?~"
"Young Master Killua, I got these chocolate balls in a flash sale. They're all yours~"
A whole year passed. No matter how attentive she was, she still couldn't thaw his cold heart.
[The System has determined that the mission has failed. All task privileges will now be revoked, ]

Zhihui Li hadn't called his name in three days, and Killua was feeling restless.
When he found her, Zhihui Li could no longer control her emotions. She had become cold and unfeeling
He could hold back no longer. He finally decided to take the initiative and confess his feelings
Zhihui Li blinked and asked innocently, "Young Master Killua, what are you talking about?"
