After a Passerby Became a King

[New story, "My Dream Farm Was Discovered!" Updating...]

Maoye Yiyan is an ordinary, soon-to-be middle school student whose parents have both died and who attends school with help from his uncle.

But one day, while he was sleeping, he noticed a really annoying speck of light in front of him. He couldn't make it go away. It was so bright that he couldn't sleep, so he reached out and grabbed it, pulling out a dazzling sword.

Maoye Yiyan: ?

The future Colorless King, who was far away and in the middle of receiving the Seventh Throne: ???

Someone had inexplicably snatched away the throne that was supposed to be his. Some people went mad, while others were stunned. Maoye Yiyan waved his hand: This had nothing to do with him. If anyone was to blame, it was the person who'd disturbed his sleep.

Anyway, he didn't live in that dangerous place where, supposedly, you could run into a Strain just by stepping outside. In peaceful Namimori Town, he should be... fine, right?

1. The protagonist was originally an ordinary person, with the fighting ability of a total weakling, like an elementary school kid in a playground brawl. He'll get stronger later and won't stay weak forever.

2. The characters will be 100% OOC, and some worldbuilding may stray from the original, or even include things that don't exist in it. Just consider them the author's headcanons. Read at your own risk if that bothers you.

3. If you don't enjoy it, stop reading.

4. Daily updates at 9 p.m. If there isn't one, the author is probably having a fit over something. Apologies in advance.

5. 30% anti-piracy measures.
