The neighboring story, How Do Female Bugs Find a Wife, is now available.
Blurb: System 057 is tasked with retrieving short-lived cannon fodder characters from various worlds and sending them into the insect world to carry out plot-completion missions. But the cannon fodder from other worlds refuse to follow the script, kicking out the original male bug protagonists and taking their places instead.
Arc One: Flippant, chauvinistic Alpha cannon fodder x slow-witted female-bug supremacist
Alpha Gray transmigrates into the insect world as cannon fodder. The System tells him to bring the male bug protagonist and the female-bug colonel Erlan together.
He intends to become brothers with Erlan, but he can't stand the male bug he's meant to be paired with. Through a twist of fate, Gray uses his pheromones to cure Erlan's illness.
Erlan: Actually, I like gentle, cute male bug gentlemen.
Gray: I like sweet, soft Omegas too!
Erlan: Then...?
Gray: Let's fight. Whoever's stronger gets to be on top.
Arc Two: Theatrical fox-spirit concubine x tyrant Insect Emperor blinded by beauty
The System chooses Tusheng, a fox spirit skilled at acting, to help the Insect Emperor get together with the male bug originally chosen as the protagonist.
The Insect Emperor tries everything to win over the lofty male ruler from humble origins, but after he's stabbed in the chest, he gives up in despair.
Tusheng is supposed to win his favor next, so the male bug protagonist will change his mind.
But the Insect Emperor becomes utterly captivated by the fox spirit, and six months later, has completely forgotten his original pairing.
Tusheng: We fox spirits are professionals at playing seductive consorts!
System: That's not the kind of expertise we need.
Arc Three: Reclusive, world-weary apocalypse esper x haughty, lovesick supporting character, sub-female
Mental esper Landu dies at the jaws of a zombie and is taken by the System to another world to bring the protagonists together.
He pretends to be a female bug and becomes roommates with the male supporting character, Phoenix, to stop him from getting between the protagonists. But Phoenix mistakenly thinks he likes female bugs.
As Phoenix doggedly pursues his beloved male god, Landu mocks him coldly, but gradually finds himself drawn in by Phoenix's passion.
The protagonists end up together, but Phoenix falls in love with his cold, distant female-bug roommate instead.
Phoenix: I'm sorry, I have a fiance. I can't be with a female bug.
Landu: I'm him, the noble male bug from the original storyline who gives you an unhappy ending.
Arc Four: Purebred priest whose faith has been shattered x arrogant, sinister star pirate captain
The priest Korimiai loses his faith and transmigrates into a low-ranking male bug, using healing magic to help those in need.
The System urges him to bring together a couple who love and hate each other in equal measure. Before he can act, the star pirate captain Wesali, imprisoned by the male bug protagonist, escapes and ends up at his side.
This female bug is domineering and unreasonable, but risks his life to save him when danger strikes.
Korimiai: Leave. You belong to freedom.
Wesali: Little holy father, I want to take you with me.

How Do Female Bugs Find a Wife
The System in charge of the pursuit-and-regret arc has a bug. After pulling its four chosen female-bug Hosts into a group chat, it automatically issues a mission to break up the main couples.
One: Two-faced, sweet-talking middle-ranking male consort / innocent, kind, blind female ruler
Beiximosi is a con artist skilled at disguises. He sets his sights on an extremely wealthy count and succeeds in marrying him as a male consort.
While plotting to steal all the vulgar count's treasures, a sky screen only Beiximosi can see suddenly appears in the air.
It records how, after the male consort runs off with all the money, the rejected Meifeisite alone draws on his savings to encourage the count to pull himself together.
After the count turns over a new leaf and wins Meifeisite's heart again, he finally realizes that the most precious jewel in the world has been in his arms all along.
Beiximosi thinks for a moment, then appears outside Meifeisite's room that very night, pleading pitifully:
"My dear, may I... sleep with you?"
[The jewel says nothing, yet moves the heart more than any words could.]

Two: Ill-tempered military female bug / amnesiac, honest general
When Adrian returns from leave, he learns that his sworn enemy has gotten into trouble, been imprisoned by his male bug, and even stripped of his military authority.
He should be happy, but instead, an inexplicable fury and... heartache well up inside him.
Adrian doesn't know what came over him. By the time he comes to his senses, he has already infiltrated the north and brought back his badly wounded, near-dead enemy.
Just then, lines of text suddenly appear before his eyes, saying his enemy is the protagonist of the story, and that one day his male ruler will go through a pursuit-and-regret arc.
A chill creeps across Adrian's handsome face. If it's going to be a "regret arc," then he'll make sure that male bug gets what he deserves.
But what Adrian doesn't expect is that his enemy wakes up with amnesia. Seeing him dazed like that, Adrian speaks without thinking:
"We're partners."
[You're the blade I've forged, the rose I keep hidden in my heart.]
--
Three: I resent the moon for shining on everyone but me
Isaiah is the least valued prince, a miserable wretch hidden in the darkest corner.
He has a shameful secret: he covets the pure, moonlike Anqiluo, even though Anqiluo is already married to his elder brother.
Then this gentle, beautiful female bug is driven out of the palace and accused of all sorts of baseless crimes. The people avoid him,
while Isaiah alone kneels before him, speaking with reverence:
"Your Highness, I will give you unparalleled power."
[He will lift the moon, fallen into the mud, high into the sky once more.]
--
Four: Brilliant female-bug superior / honest, mild-mannered cuckolded male-bug subordinate
Xirui'er doesn't like the new male bug employee!
He's timid, slow, and dull, and somehow everything he does fills Xirui'er with anger.
This male bug is a fool, too, completely under his female ruler's thumb and convinced it's true love.
Luckily, Xirui'er finds out in time, and before long the male bug is divorced. Xirui'er won't let this opportunity slip by. After using every trick in the book, he successfully spirits the foolish male bug away.
On their wedding night, the male bug finally realizes what's going on:
"Wait, I'm a male bug. I shouldn't be the one who..."
Xirui'er: "Too late to regret it now."
[When the heart is laid bare, we glimpse the traces of your love.]
--
A mysterious group chat for four bugs who steal other people's partners:
[Beiximosi: How do you know my darling cooked for me again? His eyesight's bad, but no matter what I say, he won't listen. It's driving me crazy!]
[Adrian: What are you babbling about? Send me a suppressor. My darling's hibernation disorder is acting up.]
[Isaiah: +1]
[Xirui'er: Who asked you? Anyway, the new male bug employee really gets on my nerves. What's his deal?]
[Beiximosi: Oh, you're in love with him. Also, if the enemy nation wants to buy, charge them extra. As for His Majesty, we can discuss a lucrative deal.]
1. "The jewel says nothing, yet moves the heart more than any words could" is from Shakespeare.
2. Told from the tops' perspectives. All the tops are female bugs.
3. One-on-one and physically and emotionally pure, with imperfect characters. This time, they're all native bugs.
4. This is a fictional setting and has no connection to reality. Please don't apply it to real life.
Theme: Happiness takes effort to win.
I really like the pairing of Lando and Phoenix the most. It's the first time I've watched Yao Feng (originally I read the Zerg novel because I wanted to have some handsome sex), but the chemistry between these two young lovers is also unique. The author would like to add some extras [][] (the main text is good but the extras are even more delicious!!
I read it after a long time, did I mention the names of Erlan's parents in the previous article? My mind is a mess [laughing and crying] It seems I need to review it again.
After reading this, will there be a second part of this book? [Crying]
Parental love is delicious too😋
You should take a good rest in February [hug]
I still really like the if lines, can the teacher produce some more redemption if lines [crying]
What I most like to see is the team building of the protagonists in the unit novel [Spreading Flowers]
The pair of Xiao Fei and Xiao Lan are still so cute [Spread Flowers]
Good looking (*/∇\*)
Author, please don't be tired and don't take a rest (no)
