Actually, the saddest thing about this story is that it has none of the things a normal Prince of Tennis fic should have...
1. No girls ganging up on the heroine (← I hear it doesn't count as a Prince of Tennis fic without this, but somehow... I managed not to write it in!)
2. No multiple princes falling for the heroine at once (← I hear a crowd of guys fighting over one girl makes for a good story, but it turns out my childhood friends, who grew up together, are just... way too devoted!)
3. No tragic romance (← Accordingly, it also lacks that supposedly essential line: What would I do without you...)
4. No Seigaku falling apart (← Why do people always say Seigaku is finished once the upperclassmen graduate? Rikkai Dai is down to just Little Seaweed Hair!)
5. No evil female rival (← The only female supporting character who shows up is actually competing with the heroine for the male lead, lol... I guess A Xi and I are both pretty ruthless by the standards of the Prince of Tennis fanfic world)
