"I believe you." B nodded and smiled. "And then what?"
"No, you don't believe me. You think I'm joking, but I'm serious!" A stared hard at B. "Maybe I'm dreaming right now, and when I go to sleep tonight, I'll return to reality."
"Then am I not real, either?"
"I can't figure it out!" A lowered their head, utterly dejected. "And I killed someone in the dream, too."
