Joining the Eremites [Genshin Impact]

Martha is an ordinary student at the Akademiya.

She picked a less popular major, and now faces the prospect of graduating straight into unemployment.

"Join the Eremites and enjoy the good life! Find out more about the Eremites!"

In Sumeru City, "spirited young men" from the desert often try to con gullible people, and, completely oblivious, shove flyers into her hands.

Martha scoffs at them.

Until one day, while conducting research deep in the desert, she runs into the Eremites' elite squad... Mmm, those muscles, that physique, that face... (All right, she can't see their faces through their goggles. But masked men are even better!)

She is instantly smitten.

From then on, she's the Eremites' "dog."

Though she's from Sumeru City and everyone initially gives her the cold shoulder, they gradually start saying things like, "Want to come into my tent and feel my chest?" and "Want to swing on the swings with me?" Martha thinks she's won everyone's affections, been sincerely accepted, and become one of the Eremites.

But one day, the Eremites are unlucky enough to attract the attention of the Akademiya's fearsome Great General Mahamatra. They actually tell her, "Martha, go take him out."

Martha: "???"

Goodbye!

The timid Martha runs for her life in the middle of the night.

Then she's dragged back, and from then on, she lives a "happy" life.

But that damn Great General Mahamatra actually rescues her.

Damn it, don't get in the way of my happiness!
