He debuted at twenty. All four of his albums became hits, and every show he appeared on featured a performance that made waves. You Xi’an’s talent and doll-like beauty were impossible to suppress.
During a joint performance, a boy band member was asked whose life he most wanted to trade places with. He answered without hesitation, “Of course, Teacher You’s.”
Their whole boy band was less popular than Teacher You, spent less money supporting him, and was nowhere near his standing in the industry.
They had an abundance of love, and so did You Xi’an.
They were young and rich, and so was You Xi’an.
Even in looks, You Xi’an outshone them. “Teacher You would be amazing as an idol, too.”
Under the spotlight, You Xi’an’s impossibly beautiful face wore a faint smile, polite yet distant.
When the host teased him about a younger star liking him and wanting to trade lives, he simply replied, “Sure.”

Inside a sealed, pitch-black cabinet, young You Xi’an curls up, trembling as he waits for the laughter and noise outside to die down. His body is as thin as a sheet of paper, his hair hiding his eyes, his air gloomy.
On his way past a music school, You Xi’an is stopped by a boy. He expects to be robbed and extorted again, but instead a wealthy young master comes to his rescue.
You Xi’an asks, puzzled, “Why is it that we’re both thin, rich, and good-looking, but you don’t get bullied?”
“Because I’m a trainee,” the young master answers. “I have tons of sasaeng fans. They don’t dare, because they’re afraid of being exposed and attacked online.”
You Xi’an tilts his head. “Are sasaeng fans good people? I want some, too.”
A story about a hit songwriter who becomes even more successful in this life by joining an idol-training boy band.
Content note: Calling the protagonist a max-level expert means he’s a top-tier songwriter. It only guarantees that his work will be popular, not that he’ll have an overbearing, carefree personality.
Update schedule: I’ll update the required word count according to the rankings, usually 15,000 words a week in five weekly installments. I’ll post as soon as each part is written. (I’m adjusting my schedule because I don’t want to stay up late. I used to update daily for four months, and on top of having a job, I often wrote until midnight.)
Theme: Hard work and sweat will never let anyone down
[Resolved] Didn't you really write about your debut variety show? I remember that I had to write four debut variety shows and then vote in separate times. It felt like I decided the debut candidates hastily. In this way, except for the protagonist, it feels like no one else has a role to play in shaping the character.
The portrayal of the protagonist is too strange. The memory and experience of the previous life are flushed down the toilet after rebirth. What is the meaning of writing this? I was forced to death by my father. Hey, I can suddenly go out and live again. I was kicked out and domestic violence was written as if it was fun. Hey, I just didn't resist! I finally moved out, okay? His dad didn't have anything wrong with him, and he tortured the uncle and aunt who took care of him. What exactly was he trying to express?
A really unattractive man, covering his face silently
Why haven't you updated it yet? 😭
I always feel like I might have to go back to the last world again
