[Title undecided, blurb below: pregnancy + faking death, twin babies]
Rong Yu never thought he would see Qi Zaifeng again.
When the towering blaze from six years ago engulfed the golden cage that had trapped him for ten months, he thought Qi Zaifeng ought to believe he was dead. Along with the second child he had been carrying, who had not yet been born, he had vanished into ashes.
Then again, Qi Zaifeng was refined and gentle in public, shrewd and levelheaded in private. How could someone so perceptive ever be fooled?
Rong Yu's gaze fell on the child beside Qi Zaifeng.
The child looked back at him with a complicated, icy expression.
Someone tugged at his clothes. Rong Yu looked down at the child beside him, born half an hour apart from the other and nearly identical in appearance.
"Rong Yu, who are they?" six-year-old Rong An asked curiously.
Rong Yu picked him up and walked past the father and son, who seemed frozen in place. "I don't know them."

Rong Yu did not know that Qi Zaifeng had been sitting in his car that day, watching him set the fire with his own eyes.
His subordinate asked anxiously what to do, but Qi Zaifeng kept looking out through the car window. Flames billowed over the estate he had built with his own hands, blazing like a blood-red sun. In a hoarse voice, he said, "Let him go."
