They were hopelessly outnumbered, yet no one dared come a step closer.

When Xie Qingci returned home, covered in blood, Yu Jin smiled as she went to greet him. Right in front of him, she took out the life talisman and burned it to ashes.

She looked away, no longer watching his soul fade, clapped her hands, and set off for the sect.
